Implementation Methodology
Project Management education specifically geared towards the implementation of web production processes, creative workflows, and the ERP industry. In these market sectors, it is important to manage products that often interface with five or more development companies, or 30 or more apps. How to avoid the blame game?
Rollouts often need to be replicated, but licensing and accounting regulations differ from country to country, and sometimes city to city. How can this be managed well? How do you justify to the professional the priority of respecting process when the professional is trying to respect his or her creative standards and deadlines?
Software implementors need their own control and documentation, but still need to report to internal project managers at the client site, or maybe, to a project manager also hired by the client for whom you are implementing software. Who is paying whom? Who should control whom? When can such structures break down and how do we prevent that? We have over 8 years experience providing project management training to Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.
Project Management Certification
On June 7, 2005, we kicked off an event sponsored by the British Embassy in Hungary, along with several other European partners. We discussed project management and introduced an internationally recognised project management training regimen, which prepares and qualifies you to obtain a Cambridge Professional Diploma, or Prince2 certification. Furthermore, we promised to provide project design and planning services, targeted at building capacity and sustainability into an organisation, for longer-term development.
What this means today is that we are combining industry expertise and the best in British accreditation, to help businesses, based in Central Europe, become more competitive, and maximize their ROI (return on investment).
